Life is a Breeze beach condo is a 3 minute walk - 446 feet to the beach and downtown Avila Beach. The condo is located in is one of the best gated community locations - Ocean 17. Entering the home, at street level, there is a master ensuite (queen bed) with fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Up a flight of stairs is the second ensuite (cal-king bed), main living area with fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel Viking appliances, breakfast bar and large balcony. Owner provides a twin tri-fold mattress pad - making sleeping occupancy 6 (1 cal-king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room).
From the kitchen is panoramic mountain views with balcony. Just off the living room is another balcony with a spiral staircase that leads to a spacious rooftop deck with mountain views and a glimpse of the ocean. The rooftop is perfect for lounging or entertaining. The BBQ center has a built-in mini refrigerator and gas BBQ, and dining table for 4.
Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and an easy stroll to Avila Beach Golf Course and Bob Jones biking and walking trail.
Suitability: couples retreat, 2 stories plus rooftop BBQ center, glimpse of ocean view, king bed, queen bed, 2 car garage, full size laundry center, chef kitchen, linens provided, no smoking.
Sleeping arrangements: The master ensuite features a king bed. The junior ensuite offers a queen bed and a twin sleeper sofa. Additionally, there is a twin tri-fold mattress pad, perfect for kids to use in the living room as extra sleeping space. Bed linens for both the twin sleeper sofa and the tri-fold mattress pad can be found in the junior ensuite closet.
Owner will consider one (1) dog under 45 pounds, non-shedding, house broke, crated when left alone, pet fee applies. No exception to pet policy (breeds such as a retrievers are not good fits because of size and shedding). There is a non-refundable pet fee.

At check in the fan in the master bedroom was broken. You had 2 agents on site and they explained the issue and and said they would address it. They left a stand alone portable upright fan and we were under the impression it would be fixed during our stay. Never heard back from anyone and as you know it was a hot week and the master is on the 2nd floor witch got very hot… 88 degrees. Not sure why there is thermostat when the unit has no a/c. Instructions for the trash cans were a bit confusing and although they state host would put cans out on street I didn’t find who was to bring them back in after p/u. Some units seem to be left outside and others were in the garage. Overall we had a nice stay however and would recommend seven sisters to our friends

Another great vacation at Avila Beach, my favorite place!! Easy access to beach, shopping and restaurants! I have used Seven Sisters several times and never had an issue!! See ya next time at the Beach!!

Life Is A Breeze is a spacious and comfortable condo with the of windows and sliding doors making indoor-outdoor living easy. The bathrooms are beautiful and the beds and sofa (larger and better than in the pictures) are comfortable and bedroom closets are very spacious. There are 3 deck areas, but none offer a view of the beach or ocean despite being only 1 block away; that is a disappointment. The rooftop kitchen is a great spot (beware the blue chairs which are very weathered and falling apart).Communication with Seven Sisters Properties, prior to our arrival, was challenging (the automated phone tree seems to send you to a black hole where messages aren’t retrieved) but communication with staff once we checked in was great! Avila Beach is quiet, small and offers a wonderful vacation spot. We would definitely return to Life’s A Breeze again!
