Centrally located and walkable makes Sandcastle at Avila a perfect vacation rental. The condo has 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths. The condo is located just steps from the beach, pier, surfing, kayaking, surf & pier fishing, tasting rooms, boutique shopping, Avila Beach Golf Resort and the Bob Jones Trail. This condo is sure to be a hit with families or couples getaway.
The condo is located in The Courtyard Avila. The Courtyard at Avila is award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, cycling, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator. The condo located in the middle of courtyard, west side.
Sandcastle at Avila Courtyard is a two story condo. The beach house is comfortably decorated with neutral sandy beach décor with a splash of beach vibrancy. The condo features hardwood flooring and high-end finishes. An open floor plan unites the kitchen, dining and living areas.
The kitchen is exquisite with gourmet grade appliances and granite counter tops. The living room is equipped with a SmartTV for friends and family to gather around. Sliding doors can be opened from the dining room to a balcony to hear the sounds of nearby ocean waves.
Three bedroom upstairs, fitted with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows, awaits you after a day at the beach or wine tasting from nearby wineries. Master suite has a king bed, bdrm2 has a queen bed, bdrm3 has two twin beds. This condo sleeps 6.
There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements, however, the main living area is handicap accessible.

Three friends enjoyed a getaway on Central Coast and this condo was perfect! We enjoyed the close proximity to breakfast spots and coffee shops, and easy jumping off point for SLO, Morro Bay and Cambria. The condo was spacious, well equipped kitchen and very comfy beds. Lounging in the living room in the evenings was an ideal way to end a busy day.

This location is right in the heart of all the local amenities in Avila. Bedrooms are perfect for a 3-kid family and the master suite is private with its own bathroom. We all loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very nice and very clean, and the location was convenient right in the heart of the town. But the alley in the back was loud every morning and evening.
