On the first level the family room has a pullout queen sofa sleeper, 32" flat screen with DVD and digital cable service. First bedroom on the entry level is furnished with two twin beds. Second bedroom also on the entry level is furnished with a queen bed. The Great Room is on the second floor and is a complete retreat to relax or entertain your family and friends. A wonderful gathering space featuring a large sectional sofa facing the ocean, gas fireplace, and 50" flat screen with DVD player and Spectrum Cable App. Gourmet kitchen fully stocked and equipped with everything the home chef will need. Primary suite has a king bed as well as a large, private, and luxurious spa bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Great unit. The main living area is amazing. The downside is the alley can be a little loud in the morning with people working in the restaurants right next door. There is a light that shines in the two downstairs bedrooms all night. Didn’t really want to open those 2 windows downstairs because of the alley. Downstairs got a little warm with windows closed. Overall great unit in great location.

Reviewer Comments:
The only issue was the smoke from the commercial BBQ from the custom house. A few of us went home sick from the constant breathing of smoke that seeped into the condo. I have had a sore throat and my wife a cough that is most likely from the smoke inhalation.
