About this apartment rental
Courtyard at Avila is a favorite among guests! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The two-story condo is located on a private and quite end of the courtyard.
There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area, bathroom and second bedroom are handicap accessible. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.
The condo has three private sleeping rooms: The master suite(king bed) with ensuite bathroom; bedroom 2 (queen bed); living room has a queen sleeper sofa; and the loft area has a queen bed, 2 twins and 1 twin sleeper sofa. Total beds is 7. Sleeps 11 guests. 2 bathrooms downstairs. There is dining for 12 guests (dining table 6 + outdoor table 4 + bar stools 2). For additional inside dining there is a banquet table + folding chairs.

A wonderful time with kids and grandkids. They loved the sleeping loft and easy access to town and the beach. BBQ is a nice touch. Big perk is the underground parking for (2) vehicles.

We loved the rental - it’s beautifully designed with all the necessary amenities for a family vacation. We enjoyed the furnished patio and loved the loft design. Location is so perfect by the beach and board walk as well. If we come back to Avila Beach, we’d love to stay here again!
