This charming beach retreat is located on 1st Street, just a short walk from the Avila Beach boardwalk and pier.
The lower level features two spacious queen bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. A cozy game room with a coffee bar provides the perfect space to play games, relax, or watch a movie. This level also includes a twin sofa sleeper and an additional twin rollaway, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
Head up the circular staircase to the main living area, where you’ll find an open and inviting layout with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room—ideal for gathering, unwinding, and preparing meals together. The master bedroom on this floor boasts a comfy king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Step outside to the upper balcony and deck, where there’s plenty of room to soak up the Avila sunshine or take in the colorful sunsets.

Guests have private use of the home and property for the duration of your stay. The driveway provides off street parking for two vehicles.
Hacienda Vacation Rentals provides self entry for easy arrival. We are available throughout your stay for any needs that may arise.

Everything about this place was perfect for us! The large open living room/kitchen/dining room with big windows looking out to the ocean was the perfect spot for us to gather, eat, play games & hang out. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms updated and clean, hot water didn’t run out even when all 6 of us showered. Even though we were all adults, we had so much fun competing against each other on the old school PacMan/Galaga video game on the first floor. This home is steps from the beach in Avila and a very short drive to Pismo Beach and SLO. And so many thoughtful details…plenty of fluffy, soft bath towels in each bathroom, counter top ice makers upstairs and down, everything you need to make delicious coffee, face wash in the showers…it’s clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making every aspect of your stay enjoyable. Our hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend this place more! We’ll be back!
