Avila Beach Gem is a cozy house tucked away in a quiet area in the quaint town of Avila Beach. 2 blocks from the beach, this house is perfect for families or a group of friends that would fit 8 comfortably. All within walking distance, Avila Beach Gem allows you to explore the town’s colorful beach town vibe, visit local seafood restaurants and wine tasting room, hike in nearby nature reserves, book a massage or soak at the outdoor hot springs, and kayak along the coast.
The house is surrounded by beautiful old oaks trees and cherry blossoms in the spring. There is a fully stocked kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private deck with BBQ, 2-car garage, pack n play, strollers and beach gear —our home ensures you won't need a car once you arrive. Everything is within walking distance!
The roomy floor plan, larger than 1700 sq ft, boasts mountain views, a private back deck surrounded by trees, and a charcoal BBQ grill. Granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances make the kitchen a gourmet's delight. Unlike most in Avila, our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, accommodating 8 people. A 2-car garage and laundry center with washer and dryer add convenience.
The master suite features a queen bed, his and hers closets, and a connected bathroom with double sinks, tub, and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third room offers two twin beds. A sleeper couch in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

3. Size Matters - Top quality family time can be hard to enjoy crowded around a small dinner table or a small hotel room. Weighing in at nearly 1700 sq. ft. (4-5 times the average size hotel room) Our house is capable of seating up to 8 at the dining room table. The bedrooms are large so you don't feel like you are in a closet. And don't forget the spacious living room area with a large couch and two other soft comfortable seating chairs!
4. Children Friendly. We have children, so we understand the hassles of lugging high chairs, play pens, strollers whenever we travel. So we have eliminated that for you, and provided all these items right here in the house. There are also books, toys, movies and games to entertain the little ones when not on the beach! All new beach gear included: towels, sand toys, umbrella and chairs to take along to the beach.
5. Pet Friendly. One (1) dog maximum weight 45 pounds will be considered. There is a non-refundable pet fee, max $225. We love our pets too! Amenities include Free Cable, Pandora Music, and more. Well appointed Beach house just a few minutes walk from the beach and pier. We had kids with us and were delighted to find a number of games and beach toys for them to use while visiting. Similarly kitchen was well set up for basic cooking and made the stay more comfortable. Pet tolerant (i.e., for a nonrefundable fee). All in all a great setup.

My family enjoyed this well stocked home. Here is a list of what we liked: furnishings in great shape, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood., close to beach and spacious home. Every thing was great and never needed to contact property manager. I give this home an excellent rating!

Great stay overall- only negatives were no view and cooking utensils and pans could use to be replaced.

The bedrooms downstairs were tiny. The bathroom very small . Not really a good place for 6 adults. Also, the windows in downstairs could not be opened and that is not acceptable
