About this apartment rental
Avila Breeze is two short blocks from the beach (3 min walk). This luxury corner condo has 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, European chef grade appliances, stone countertops.
Entering the condo there is an en-suite bedroom. Up a flight of stairs to open space living. The second level is flooded with natural day light. The master en-suite is located just off the living room. Dining for six guests and a gourmet chef kitchen. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a half-bathroom just off the living room.
Up the spiral staircase to a rooftop entertaining deck. The roof deck has an electric BBQ and a casual seating area to enjoy Avila Beach views.
The second bedroom located on the ground level also has a queen bed. The second full bathroom is near bedroom two.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Love the airy atmosphere with plenty big windows. Third half bathroom is a win. Rooftop seating area is big plus! Wish it would have a better grill. However it feels like it’s missing main bedroom, two bedrooms set up exactly the same with low queen beds, more like for teenagers not couples.
