About this house rental
Just one block to the beach and boardwalk. Condo for Rent, View the broad panorama of Avila Beach, the Avila Pier, Port San Luis, foothills and the horizon from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Private deck with views of Avila Beach and San Luis Bay. King bed in the primary bedroom, and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Living Room is equipped with TV, wireless internet, Queen sofa sleeper or air-bed, whichever you prefer, for additional sleeping in the living room. Washer and dryer on-site. Dining Room has circular dining table for 6 plus 2 bar stools. No BBQ.
Off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Small dogs are considered and if approved require an additional fee of $100, plus tax. To get approved, guests must first submit a photo of the dog and agree to:
1.) Bring sheets/blankets to cover the furniture
2.) Take the dog to a local pet resort if there is a complaint about the dog

Avila beach is a hidden gem. We came from Arizona that was over 100 degrees, so this place is paradise. The beach house is absolutely amazing. It’s actually really big and the ocean can be heard from every room. You get a big garage and another parking spot which really comes in handy. The best thing about this beach house is the patio. It is very spacious and looks right at the ocean. The living room also has several large windows with views of ocean. The place has everything you need cooking. The surrounding areas have restaurants, bars, wineries, goat farm, tons of walking paths and a golf course that is within walking distance. There are places to listen to live music a farmers market every week. Honestly my favorite place to vacation and my dog loved it so much too. I can’t say enough nice things about this beach house. will be returning to this place for my next big vacation.

Lovely Property! Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We were walking distance to everything and enjoyed the sound of the ocean while we slept. We would love the opportunity to stay again!

We loved our stay, the place was beautiful. We did however come home with bed bugs. The beds should be replaced and bedding thrown away.
