Location is right in the middle of Avila Beach and right across from the beach. Easy to walk to different restaurants and stores. Quiet in the evening. Great bartenders at the Custom House and wonderful meals at Blue Moon. Look froward to going back.
Only negative, apartment could have been a little cleaner, specifically the area rugs.
