This comfortable home sleeps eight with a king primary suite and two additional bedrooms offering flexible arrangements, including a twin trundle, two twin beds, and a roll-away for extra convenience. Just steps from the community pool and tennis courts, the property is ideal for easy, laid-back vacation days. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen stocked with the essentials, a spacious living and sitting area for relaxing after the beach, and a screened-in porch that's perfect for morning coffee or evening downtime. Outside, an open-air patio with a gas grill sets the scene for casual cookouts, and the single-car garage provides great storage for bikes, beach chairs, and all your coastal gear. Guests will also appreciate the beach equipment provided on-site, along with parking for two cars in the driveway and convenient overflow parking at the end of the street on a first-come, first-served basis.
The location makes exploring effortless: just off Route 1, you're within walking distance to Jungle Jim's, the Rehoboth Gateway shopping area, and The Fresh Market for groceries, plus popular nearby restaurants like Bluecoast Seafood and Thompson Island Brewing Company. If you are okay with having to drive into town and the beach, this is a very nice residential setting to relax with the family. We really enjoyed the pool and screened in back porch. The house layout was great for 6 people (plus a small kid) and the everything was as described.

Home was very clean. Beach chairs were not very comfortable and only 2 adult (no recline) and 2 small child.
Bummer you couldnt fish in the ponds.
Missed having a tv in the bedrooms. Master only.
