Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This comfortable end-unit home (4 bed/3.5 bath)is less than 2 miles from the beach and walking distance to the bus shuttle, making seaside days effortless and stress-free.
Located next to Jungle Jim’s Water Park and close to the community pool - perfect for families and fun-filled vacations.
Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a couples retreat, or a weekend with friends, this home offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, privacy and entertainment.
Please note that sheets and towels are NOT provided with this rental. Full or partial linen rentals are available through a separate rental company. Please let me know if you are interested and I'd be happy to assist you.

No pets are permitted per community guidelines.

The main level features an open-concept living/dining/kitchen combo with plenty of natural light. The dining room table seats 8 with an additional 2 seats available at the counter.

-Bathrooms: Shared hall bath upstairs with tub/shower combo. Primary bedrooms each have private baths with showers. A half-bath is located on the main level.
Outdoor Space:
-Step outside to enjoy the screened-in porch and outdoor patio with additional dining table and propane grill.
-Pool: Guests will have access to the community pool, located just steps from the house.
-Parking: The unit has two dedicated parking spaces with additional overflow parking available directly outside the unit.
