Find an incredible space for entertaining at this modern, three-bedroom home in Rehoboth, where you'll have a private pool, hot tub, an expansive deck and patio, and a fantastic barn in the backyard with climate-controlled heating & cooling, two TVs, its own kitchenette and a full bath. There's also plentiful seating for big games and special events. This lovely house is a great escape for beach-goers, as it sits only one mile from Rehoboth's boardwalk and beach. You'll find dining, shopping, and fun for all ages - from Jungle Jim's and Funland to serene state parks - in every direction. As you enter this two-story home, you'll be greeted by an elegant coastal aesthetic with contemporary furnishings and abundant natural light throughout. There's a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining area with a eight-person table, a breakfast bar for four, and a smart TV (one of seven) for your enjoyment. Down the hall is a window-lined living room/sunroom with another TV and a comfortable sectional. But perhaps the heart of this home lies in the beautiful outdoor space. The enclosed backyard is home to the large pool, deck and hot tub -- ample space for barbecues and corn hole tournaments, and the pool barn for entertaining. Take a relaxing dip in the 33x13 heated, saltwater pool which includes a water feature, large tanning ledge and bench running the length of the pool. Newly upgraded, the pool barn features a full bathroom, changing area with extra storage, a washer/dryer, a Peloton, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Additional features of the house include an outdoor shower, a washer/dryer, and central AC to welcome you back from the beach each day, as well as smart TVs in all of the bedrooms. There are 3 designated parking spots (2 parking pads). The pool is open from April 1st through September 15th, and the hot tub is open year-round. Pool heat is an optional amenity for an additional fee and can be added to a reservation for $125/day and must be purchased for the duration of the stay. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property has cable in the living room/sunroom only. All other TVs are for streaming only with guests' own accounts. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We had a terrific stay. The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and had what we needed for our stay. The pool area was fantastic and the kids had a ball. We would stay again and highly recommend it.

The photos of this home did not disappoint! We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful, and usable this home is! Very clean (thank you!), and comfortable. Enough room for up to 10 people to sleep, and also to be away from each other (if need be, lol)! The pool area is amazing! (and the hot tub), and the party barn is incredible! I loved that it is very quiet there and very close to the beach and boardwalk, grocery stores, the Tanger Outlet and restaurants! So much more! We would give this place a "10" and will definitely stay again, because we didn't rent long enough to use the grill, and the fire pit!!

I just stayed at this house with some girlfriends for a few nights and everything was perfect! Although the pool was closed, we enjoyed the hot tub and party barn space since the weather was nice. The house is VERY beautifully decorated and very comfortable -- it had everything we could possibly need. And, the location to town can't be beat -- it was a comfortable walk to shopping and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay! Needless to say, we will definitely be back to this beautiful home!
