About this house rental
Bright and colorful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath single family beach house that feels like a home. Ideally located on a cul-de-sac on probably the friendliest street in Rehoboth in one of the best neighborhoods. Relax on the screened porch with a tasty beverage and watch the ducks land on the pond!
Our spacious home is newly painted and furnished throughout. It is fully equipped with amenities including three flat screen TVs, DVD or BLURAY, free WiFi, gas grill, community pool, tennis court and beautifully landscaped grounds.
The house has a first floor master suite with a garden tub and separate shower. The 2nd floor master bedroom suite has a flat screen TV, full size bed and a futon sitting area for relaxing. The chidlren's room includes 2 sets of bunks - one is a twin on full and the other is twin on twin with stairs (great for children hesitant on ladders) as well as a trundle. The 4th bedroom includes a queen size bed. Family room has a queen size sofa bed. House sleeps 10 people comfortably.
The family room is open to the kitchen/dining area, providing a bright large space for family time. The washer and dryer are descretely located in the kitchen area. The screened porch has seating for dining or relaxing while enjoying a view of the community pond and fountain.
We are conveniently located behind Jungle Jim's Waterpark and less than 1.5 miles to the beach. Keys of Marsh Harbor is south of the outlet traffic but the outlets are still easily accessible, as is Rehoboth Avenue/boardwalk. Within walking distance are the Fractured Prune Donut Shop, The Big Fish Grill (great seafood, kid friendly) and Arena's Restaurant.
The Park and Ride is right across the street! For $2 per ride for adults (children ride free), you can get to the beaches (Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey, even Ocean City, MD), outlets or Rehoboth boardwalk without the hassles of parking. Shuttle departs routinely at most locations and runs from early morning until late night during the summer. Also right across the street are Thompson Island Brewery, Blue Coast Restaurant, Fresh Market, and WaWa.
You won't even have to leave the neighborhood to enjoy yourself though. The pool and tennis court are a two minute walk from our front door. The view of the pond from our screened in porch is so pretty and relaxing you'll find yourself not wanting to leave. Our streets are safe and quiet so if you want to take a walk go right ahead!

We enjoyed the property. The owner was very accommodating from the beginning and even checked in with us. In my opinion that is above what is required and it was very appreciated.

The house was clean and comfortable. My young children loved the toys, games, and bikes that were avavible to use. This was our families first time visiting rehoboth and we had a great time! Owner was extremely responsive kind and helpful even when I had to text him at midnight that I had locked myself out of the house!
I would strongly recommend this Home to all and we hope to be back! Thanks Jim and family for sharing your home

We had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group with two master suites. We were close to everything but still far enough away to relax and enjoy some quiet. The property owner was great and very responsive to any questions we had. There was extra beach equipment we could use, a pool within walking distance and the trolley was walking distance and would take us straight to the boardwalk. Overall wonderful stay in a beautiful and spacious home for a group of six adults and two kids under three.

This was my first experience using VRBO. The owners of the property went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with the rental process. They were prompt to answer all my questions via email and believe me there were quite a few.
The house is spacious and impeccablly clean. It is brighly decorated and inviting. The house is located on a culdesac in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly.
We had 9 adults and were extremely comfortable. The master bedroom is huge. Both air mattresses (for our boys) fit in the room.
Our security deposit was returned promptly after our rental period without any questions.
Our family is looking forward to renting this property again in 2013.
