Please note, the gîte must be returned in the condition found on arrival. Otherwise, the cleaning fee of €60 will be requested. If you have not purchased the cleaning option, a €60 deposit will be required upon arrival at the cottage. Charges: 8 kWh/day of electricity is free (meter readings upon arrival and departure). Any excess is payable to the owner: billed based on actual consumption (meter readings). This accommodation does not have the Tourism and Disability label. The bedrooms are located upstairs.
