A rustic and basic shed with a verandah. The chipboard walls were interesting. The lodge was equipped for basic needs. Beds were comfortable apart from the plastic cover on the mattress and pillows. No, bedding was provided, which we didnt realise until booked, so couldn't cancel and cost us an additional 25€ for 1 night. The setting was lovely and relaxing. Price for the night was high for what we got.

It was a really lovely little site. Reception staff were friendly. A very picturesque place to stay. The cabin would’ve looked so much better if it had been painted on the inside rather than bear chipboard, but overall I would stay here again

Very basic accommodation but, has everything you need. Pet friendly. If you have children would be ideal as safe and has amenities suitable for families Take bedding! We didn’t realise so luckily we had some stuff but could have been caught out. Beautiful area

Stayed for 2 nights in July. Chalet was ok with plenty of room for a family of 4. The downsides was the lighting in the main room didn't work so arriving in the dark wasn't so straight forward and the lamps in the rooms didn't work. We had a problem with ants in our chalet which made food prep and storage a little more difficult. Pool and amenities were great for a family. Helpful staff.

The cabins are basic but spacious, the facilities are great for kids, swimming pool, trampoline, play park & bouncy castle. It was great for a stopover, after hours in traffic jams it was peaceful and easy, there was also a lovely restaurant on site so we didn't need to cook.

Be aware you need to take own bedding/towels/tea towels etc. Also there are extra charges for Wifi and using the TV in the chalet. We didn't know any of this until we got there!! This area is perfect for anyone. You get what you see on the pics. All very nice and functional. Basic but totally sufficient. We were very satisfied. Perfect to explore the surroundings. Langres is very nice. Divine cheese around.

Suits our needs as an overnight stop on our way south.Pool is great for the kids, room comfortable and well equipped.Not sure I would spend a whole holiday here as not sure there is a enough to do locally.Better by far than a roadside motel.

Travelling south on a journey from the UK to Italy with a small child, I really wanted a quiet, safe place where he could burn off some of the energy that sitting in a car seat for 8 hours had built up. Well... I can't imagine a better place to stop over. Convenient location and easy to find; a friendly and helpful welcome at Reception; easy access to our chalet. The chalet itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with a good range of cooking utensils and equipment and comfortable furniture. Amazing water pressure and lots of hot water. On the site complex itself, there was plenty for a little one to do: a trampoline and a bouncy castle, and a lovely swimming pool, and a small playground. If we had wanted it, there was a bar / restaurant too. Heaven. Just five minutes to walk to the shore of the nearby lake. We wanted to stay longer... but had to leave. On the way back to the UK, we made the mistake of staying at the Appart'City in Chalon-sur-Saone. Don't make the same error! Every time now, we will choose Les Chalets de la Vingeanne.

The interior of the chalet needs finishing. Chipboard walls not even painted. TV in the room, but no remote and no aerial or digibox. All superficial. Kitchen was excellent though, all you need, including a dishwasher. Service was basic, classic feeling that you are at the owners place and not free on holiday. They close during lunch.

It took a while to find the chalets, but once we did, we were very impressed by the welcome and chalet itself, our request for an early (4am) checkout was not a problem. The chalets were brand new, very clean and well equipped. The onsite bar-brasserie was also very good value and the nearby lake was most impressive. A small-ish supermarket was within easy reachable distance, the only thing missing was a BBQ! A local tax was charged as was a TV charge but both were quite insignificant. Swimming pool was not available but it was very early season! Highly recommended!
