About this cottage rental
Independent in an enclosed courtyard (terrace and garden isolated by hedges), located in a village with shops and services, near the Montsaugeonnais vineyard and the 4 lakes of the Pays de Langres. You enter on the ground floor into a dining room with a very spacious open kitchen. A relaxation area with fireplace and television is present in this room. A large reception room with fireplace can accommodate your guests for an aperitif, an evening with friends or a whole week as you wish. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom and toilet near the bedroom, 6 steps to access it.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds
Mezzanine (1 sofa bed). Shower room and toilets.
Baby equipment on request.
Oil central heating (included). Wood: €2/basket. Loc. sheets: €10/bed. Cleaning service: €100. Charges: 8 kWh/day of free electricity (meter reading on arrival and departure). The surplus must be paid to the owner: actual billing according to consumption
