In Saint-Jean-la-Poterie, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 93 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely living room (with pellet stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 3,000 m² garden. - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
Additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, air fryer and raclette set.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 3,000 m² garden
- A 150 m² double terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Heated indoor pool (5m x 2m). Open from February 6 to November 11. And during the Christmas holidays (December 20, 2025 to January 4, 2026). Opening dates are not contractual.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-la-Poterie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Nearest train station: Redon, 4 km away (5 minutes by car; free unlimited parking)
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 63 km; Nantes-Atlantique 87 km
