New house in a dead end, 200m from the beach and 800m from the town. Large and very bright living room opening onto the terrace. Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob. 2 bathrooms with shower, 2WC. 4 beautiful bedrooms. Washing machine, barbecue, deckchair, garden furniture. Bikes available (2 adults, 2 children)

We stayed for a week in July 2024 and had a fantastic time. The house is modern and well equipped with four good sized double bedrooms, so it is great for a larger group or family. Check in and communication with the hosts worked really well.
I particularly liked the blackout blinds on the all the windows, which helped keep the house cool and ensured a decent lie in every morning!
The house is 200m from a nice beach and an 800m walk from the town. The garden is fantastic though with a sun trap that gets the sun all day and into the evening.
If you're coming from the UK it's just over an hours drive from Nantes airport. Ryanair flights are pretty good value and car hire is located right outside the arrivals terminal.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison, à la fois très bien conçue et chaleureuse. La situation est optimale, conciliant le calme et la proximité de la mer, avec plages et formidables points de vue. Le bourg de Piriac est très facilement accessible à pied ou en vélo.
