About this house rental

Having breakfast on the terrace facing the sea. A lovely walk in the customs trail. Lace up boots and go fishing in the morning. Swimming in clear water on a very safe family beach for children, and supervised by lifeguards during the summer.
It is a house with superb panoramic sea view 10 meters from the beach, very bright and spacious, ideally located on the bay of Croisic.
Here is what you will enjoy if you come into our home.

Its perfect. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful beach house with nothing between you and the sea, this is it. We come every year with our children, and look forward to it throughout the winter. The fabulous stars at night, the constant goings-on the beach with the little boats, and crabs, and wonderful coastal walks. and that is just near the house (which is the perfect beach house). Piriac is a charming village with great ice cream. go, enjoy, and find a little piece of heaven!

An idyllic location if you want peace but convenience

The property is in a quiet location (Piriac to La Turballe road not a problem), a beach just in front, and local sailors and non-professional fishermen providing much to observe (if you have anything that floats, take it!). The rocky coves provide safe bathing / swimming and plenty to explore. Piriac and La Turballe are nearby by car or bike (walking possible for the keen), having must visit markets, restaurants and shops. The house has had some impressive refurbishment in the last year and I suspect there is more to come. We suspect that this will be a future retirement home because of the quality of the changes. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate in most nights - if you wish to eat out most nights then you might prefer to be nearer a town. The arrangement of 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor, single off the lounge / diner and two singles in the basement (but ground floor on the road side of the house) would not really suit very young children but I can imagine teenagers would love being remote from parents! Our only gripe was that the double beds are 4' 6" and we are used to 6ft and hence used a bed each, but the bed size seems to be quite normal in France. Other point was that for 9 people, clothes hanging space was limited and would need to be shared. We found every routine household item left available (even tea and coffee grounds!) so only initially needed to buy food - a welcome change to properties that have been cleared of everything. Minor warning is that we took our own linen but discovered that all pillows were 60cm square. Easy for two people to solve but more major for a large group. P.S. I never give 100%!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem herrlich gelegenen Haus. Dieses ist für uns drei Personen -- zwei Eltern und ein Baby -- gut aufgeteilt und vollumfänglich ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche!). Francoise und Jean-Jaques waren uns sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber und wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Lage, die Aussicht wird nicht langweilig. Strand, Angeln, Fahrradfahren etc.. Im Haus alles wie gewünscht, für eine gehbehinderte Person Bett, Bad und Meerblick auf einer Etage. Bei 8 Personen für jede Familie ein Bad mit WC - perfekt für uns. Unkomplizierte sehr zu vorkommende Vermieter. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Das Haus liegt nur einige Meter vom Strand entfernt - mit Fenster-Ausrichtung zum Meer hin. Es bietet allen zeitgemäßen Komfort und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Daneben ein kleiner Hafen mit Booten, die täglich zum Fischen oder Segeln aufs Meer fahren. Sehr schön anzuschauen. Besondere Erwähnung verdienen die liebenswerten Vermieter, die Wert darauf legen, dass man sich bei ihnen wohl fühlt. Das ist ihnen gelungen.

La situation est idéale. D'abord la vue est sublime, aussi bien de la terrasse que de l'ensemble de la maison qui est entièrement tournée vers l'océan. Ensuite la proximité des commerces et des activités ou sites à visiter. Quelques minutes suffisent à tout atteindre, on ne perd pas de temps en voiture tout en séjournant dans un havre de paix. La maison est par ailleurs propre, pratique et bien équipée, même pour une famille nombreuse (nous étions 9). On hésite presque à la recommander tant on voudrait la garder pour soi !

La première chose qui marque en entrant dans la maison et la vue qui coupe le souffle depuis le salon cuisine salle à manger. La deuxième est l'accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques puis la décoration faite avec soin et les tableaux accrochés aux murs peints par ces derniers ? Nous avons eu l’impression de rentrer dans notre propre maison de famille. Tout le confort est là pour passer un séjour agréable. Nous y reviendrons ADAM T.

maison conforme aux photos( maison, situation, vue imprenable, magnifique) maison propre, calme, chambres coté mer, accueil chaleureux des proprietaires. Il suffit seulement de se poser et laisser ses yeux vagabonder au fil des couleurs , nuances changeantes du paysage.En famille et ou entre amis tout y est pour se sentir bien, autant pour les contemplatifs que les sportifs.Bref nous y retournerons, et je conseille cette location à tous les chanceux de pouvoir y aller.
