Located at a dead end, on the tip of Castelli, this architect-designed house of 170 m2, very comfortable, is 100m from the customs road, accessing a large beach and rocky coves. Ideal for a large family or two families, quiet, the house is very bright, with the sea view, and open to a large enclosed garden
The house is organized around a living room / dining room / kitchen of 80m2, fully open to the south and overlooking a terrace sheltered from the wind in the South East. A bedroom with bathroom overlooks the ground floor terrace. Upstairs you will have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge / game / screen. WIFI is available throughout the house.
The large garden (2000m2) ensures the distance of vis-à-vis and the small campsite of Véridet on the other side of the dead end is without nuisance.
The center, full of charm and attractions is 10 minutes walk. Piriac, labeled 'small city of character' has a historic Breton-style town center with charming old houses and in its center, an old church and a lively port. The flowery alleys and the granite walls with stones polished by time are the scene of summer activities organized by the town: concerts, craftsmen's market and themed evenings. Many activities are organized for children. The numerous bars and restaurants will satisfy your desires for outings, without forgetting the legendary glacier!
The 9 km coast fashioned with great whimsy by the whims of the ocean alternates between beaches, coves, sand and rocks. Lovers of shore fishing can safely indulge in the joys of shore fishing just outside the house, while the practice of water sports is possible on different beaches depending on the activities.
