About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming family farmhouse for rent in the village of Surzur, 20 minutes from Vannes. With a floor area of 240 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a large 60 m² living area (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a lounge with a TV, and a 30 m² room used as a games room.
Upstairs, there are 7 bedrooms: 5 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, each with a single bed. The property has 3 bathrooms/shower rooms and 2 separate toilets, offering ideal comfort for holidays with family or friends. On the ground floor, you’ll find a shower room with a walk-in shower and a single washbasin. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bath, twin washbasins and a toilet, as well as a second shower room with a shower and a single washbasin.
You can enjoy a spacious garden of around 2,400 m², perfect for making the most of the peace and quiet and the surroundings. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided: sheets, bath towels and tea towels. On arrival, your bed will already be made, ensuring a stress-free stay.
You’ll enjoy a peaceful and pleasant setting, with beautiful sunsets. All you need to do is drop off your bags and set off to explore our magnificent region!

- A fully equipped kitchen, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- 7 bedrooms upstairs, comprising 2 single beds and 5 queen-size beds (160 × 200 cm)
- 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and bath
- 3 toilets, 2 of which are separate
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 2,400 m² garden plus a terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Surzur, in a quiet and pleasant setting. You’ll be close to the town centre, just a few minutes’ drive away, where you’ll find essential shops and services, as well as an Intermarché. You can also discover local producers and oyster farmers, easily accessible by car, and make the most of the rich local produce of the Rhuys Peninsula.
Transport:
- You can park directly in the house’s private car park.
- Nearest railway station: Vannes, 20 minutes’ drive away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away.

Ty-Joachim This Villa exceeded our expectations. We were amazed at how good of a deal we got. The only issue that we came across was the bus route with its bus routes stopping shortly before 7 and the days in which the busses run.
