About this house rental
Come and discover this house located in Sarzeau, just a stone's throw from Saint Jacques port. You will enjoy having a nice breakfast on the terrace whilst enjoying the view over the marina, or playing a game of boules on the grounds arranged for it.
Ideal for a family or friends' stay, this house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children.
Upon arrival, you will discover the mansard lounge area with its sofas and television, perfect for your relaxation moments watching a film. The kitchen, open to the rest of the living space and well equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a **filter coffee maker** are also at your disposal. You will be able to share your meals indoors and on the house terrace.
On the night side, the house has **6 bedrooms:**
3 of them are equipped with a **queen size bed (160/200)** and their own en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 5: equipped with two single beds
Bedroom 6: equipped with two single beds
A bathroom and a hairdryer complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. You can park up to 2 vehicles in the rental's private car park.
