Spectacular Beachfront Condominium complete with magnificent sunset views. Spacious two bedroom, two bath unit. Completely renovated kitchen & baths with stylish granite counter tops, new appliances and finishes. Continuous plank flooring throughout unit. Enjoy not only the serene blue-green waters and white sand, but the sound of the gulf, from your private balcony. Complete with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pails and shovels!
The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay including: cookware, full dishware, glasses and cups, coffee maker, blender and toaster. New stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed while the guest room has both a queen and a full size bed. There are 3 flat panel televisions.
Amenities: Heated pool, Wi-Fi, cable TV, charcoal grills and grilling area, 1 parking space, and an elevator. Laundry Facilities are available in the building on each floor. No Pets. No Smoking. There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, activities and attractions.

I took my granddaughter who are 11yrs & 13yrs old. They were even impressed with the condo & the view. The condo was clean!! The host was amazing! If I texted them about something they would text back quickly with a answer. They told me if I needed any resturant suggestions just to ask. They had a ton of chairs, a cooler, umbrella & a few boggie boards. The kitchen had everything u would need even a crockpot. The bathrooms were nice. I loved that they had two queen beds in the guest room. Worked out perfect for my granddaughters. The tv had alot of channels for u to watch. We would watch movies of a evening when we were wore out. We felt very safe there. Wonderful, small town feel. I hope to go back soon!!

Absolutely gorgeous condo with amazing views! My family had a fabulous time! Very easy access to beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and more! Dolphin watching from the balcony! Restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

As always Florida treated us well. We had beach time, BEAUTIFUL sunsets every night, jet skis, we did some kayaking down the Weeki Watchi river, did the boardwalk, and we fed Aligators! This condo was very well equiped as we love to cook. The ocean views were amazing and access to the beach is just a step fron the building. The unti stayed cool and the beds were comfortable. Shops and restaurants are very close and its in the center of everything. Enjoy your stay!

Great condo…clean condo and whole facility. Great security with codes to access areas but a little confusing at first. This is complex complications not condo owner. Joe (owner) did a fantastic job of communicating every concern! You will love this condo!
