Perfect for a large family or a 2 family vacation rental. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental in Indian Shores is a 3 minute walk to the beach, public beach access directly across the street, see pictures. Large living room area, plenty of dining room seating and a fully equipped kitchen. Condominium complex has all the amenities, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, pickle ball, boat docks, fishing pier and putting green. The condo offers easy access to popular attractions that will keep you and your crew entertained during your trip. Watch sunsets while you stroll the coast, savor local cuisine, or go shopping to find the perfect souvenir!
2026 Building Update- The building is going through a concrete rehabilitation process, the walkways and other sections of the exterior are being resurfaced. The property amenities remain open (pool, tennis, pickleball) there will be some noise during the day Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. For this we are providing a 20% discount off of our standard rates which are $450 per night, discounted rates $360 a night (April-August 2026).

We really enjoyed our stay!! It was my 4th time at the Bay Shores and this was the largest and nicest condo!! We appreciated the amount of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. The washer and dryer was an added bonus! The balcony was huge! Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and other things needed for a fun day at the beach. The pool and hot tub are beautiful.

This condo is everything it promises and more! Beautiful views, an easy walk to the beach, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. We stayed comfortably with a large family that included children ranging in age from 3 to 16—there was something for everyone and plenty of space to spread out.We had a minor issue with the coffee pot, and the owner was incredibly kind and responsive—had it fixed right away! The service was top-notch.Honestly, it’s the best of both worlds—you get stunning views of boats coming through the channel and the ocean, right from the balconies. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
