This condo is everything it promises and more! Beautiful views, an easy walk to the beach, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. We stayed comfortably with a large family that included children ranging in age from 3 to 16—there was something for everyone and plenty of space to spread out.We had a minor issue with the coffee pot, and the owner was incredibly kind and responsive—had it fixed right away! The service was top-notch.Honestly, it’s the best of both worlds—you get stunning views of boats coming through the channel and the ocean, right from the balconies. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Great communication, owner had given me heads up about a door issue that wasn’t affecting our stay just a slamming store door. So that communication was nice to have! Also, just checking up on my party and making sure things were okay!Condo is supplied with most all dishes needed to cook, beach chairs and kids floats and such! Beach wagon, beach towels! It was nice having laundry ( note hot and cold are switched around if doing laundry) Beach close by - 2 bathrooms are a must for our family and what I really liked about this unit is the bedroom furniture is NOT too big ! We’ve stayed in other units and they have the old big dresser and it just takes up way to much space not allowing one to move around as freely so that was a plus for us! And still had plenty of storage regardless if we stayed a week or a month!We did pick up a few floor fans because unit didn’t have ceiling fans but I knew this going into my stay looking at photos. That would have been my only issue if we weren’t able to go snag a few floor fans but again I knew this going in that there was no ceiling fans. It’s honestly personal preference doesn’make for a bad unit! Unit actually had all things to get started. I mean you need your own personal hygiene items and food! Also, supplied with tennis and pickleball items for a good size family. Also, games under tv and playing cards in drawer. Outside balcony was extremely nice and really comfortable outside patio furniture. Overall has what you need! A

Trent’s condo is exactly how the property was portrayed at booking. This was the first Florida trip for my family in 8 years and we decided to fly which was a huge concern for us not having what we wanted with us. Trent has gone above and beyond to make sure the condo is fully stocked with glasses, cookware, and appliances. Not to mention Trent has 10 beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys, and towels for the stay. This was a huge relief and gave us peace of mind. The absolute only thing my family could come up with that we would like the condo to have is ceiling fans (haha).If you’re thinking of booking this condo absolutely do it! It accommodated 8 comfortably for our stay. We will be back!
