About this apartment rental
Come and enjoy a beach vacation at our recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on a private beach! The condo has a full kitchen, spacious living room and dinning room. Each bedroom has a TV and the living room. There is cable and WI-FI. Condo has the ability to sleep 10 people with the sofa couch. There is an onsite coin laundry room located right outside of the condo along with the elevator and trash chute. Directly outback of the condo property is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and beach! This condo has a window view of the street but within minutes you are walking onto the private beach and enjoying the views! Minutes to delicious restaurants and bars. Enjoy miles of white sandy beach and everything the ocean has to offer! *** The condo has 1 designated parking spot in the parking garage, we can only guarantee 1 parking spot at the condo. *** Separate Rental property on site has limited guest parking passes. Directly across the street is a brand new meter parking lot that can be used for any additional parking, or public parking away from the condo. There is a beach wagon, umbrellas and beach toys provided. There are rental cabanas on the beach for $35 a day through a rental agency. All linens are provided as well. Condo also a pack’n’play. **there is no balcony or ocean view**

Condo had everything you could need, even beach gear!!!! The only thing I wish we had was a place to hang wet bathing suits/towels as we didn’t want to get the carpets wet in the bedrooms. Check in/out was easy, the condo was clean and nicely decorated. Our van is oversized so we had to park outside the approved spot but it wasn’t a big deal. The sunset was amazing! Highly recommend this condo; we plan to return!

Loved the beach where the condo is located. Convenient location to restaurants, etc. Plenty of space for our group. Older building but condo in good shape. Had everything you could want for the beach in the closets.

There were some good and some not so good things with this Indian Shores condo. First the good: Amanda and Hunter were very responsive and addressed the concerns we had same day which was appreciated. The condo itself is roomy with large rooms and plenty of space that can accommodate entire families. If you are a beach person, which my wife and I are, the fact that you are on a beautiful beach within a few yards of exiting the facility is a huge plus.
As for the not so good: There were several lights with either missing bulbs or with bulbs burnt out that had to be replaced, plus lighting through entire condo minimal at best. The condo looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in quite some time. There is little to no place to store food in the kitchen area and minimal dishes, pots and pans, or glassware(Had to buy pans). Had to have owners come and reclean toilet areas due to some type of black dust accumulations on the floor. Lastly, the new interior court lighting is very bright and basically made it impossible to use two of the three bedrooms as the new lighting prevents these rooms from being dark enough to get a good nights sleep so new, room darkening window coverings will be needed.
We realize now that the entire facility had been shut down for several months and that we were the first renters in this unit following said shutdown. No major issues just many little items than could probably have been avoided with a quick walk through before renting unit out.
