Spectacular Beachfront Condominium complete with magnificent sunset views. Spacious two bedroom, two bath unit. Completely renovated kitchen & baths with stylish granite counter tops, new appliances and finishes. Continuous plank flooring throughout unit. Enjoy not only the serene blue-green waters and white sand, but the sound of the gulf, from your private balcony. Complete with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pails and shovels!
The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay including: cookware, full dishware, glasses and cups, coffee maker, blender and toaster. New stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed while the guest room has both a queen and a full size bed. There are 3 flat panel televisions.
Amenities: Heated pool, Wi-Fi, cable TV, charcoal grills and grilling area, 1 parking space, and an elevator. Laundry Facilities are available in the building on each floor. No Pets. No Smoking. There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, activities and attractions.

Condo suited our needs. We liked that it was on the third floor so we didn’t have to take the elevator all the time, the steps were manageable. The condo building is somewhat dated and could use maintenance on the exterior. The condo itself was clean but could use a thorough deep clean as I imagine it’s rented quite frequently and the staff can only clean to a certain extent.
We payed for the chair rental for the week on the beach so we didn’t have to worry about bringing chairs up and down. Overall it was a good vacation spot.
