We just purchased this beautiful condo in May 2017. Did a complete remodel in the fall of 2017, looks amazing. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets from the extra large direct beachfront balcony.

We enjoyed our stay here at Holiday villas. Great location, loved the balcony right on the ocean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and living areas were clean and comfortable. Condo was close to good restaurants. The host was very gracious because I had lots of questions and he answered me in a timely manner and I appreciate it. Loved the fact they had nice beach chairs and beach towels to use.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The property was exactly as described, and even prettier in person. Communication with the host was quick and everything was very thoroughly explained. The view was stunning, and beach access was fast and easy. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to visit Indian Shores Beach.Thank you Rodney and Connie for sharing your place with us!

This property was very nice and perfect for our family of 6. Our favorite part was the quiet location and beautiful view of the beach. We saw dolphins every morning from our balcony. Rodney was also very responsive and great to work with.

The condo was exactly like the pictures. The hosts had excellent communication throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this condo and Indian Rocks Beach!
