Ideal location to reside in La Rochelle.
Located in a very quiet street behind the old market, in the heart of the city, close to the train station, this beautiful apartment of 87 m2 with large living room, 2 bedrooms and a loggia of 15 m2, overlooking the garden, will allow you to spend a relaxing and pleasant stay.
The residence, quiet, very recent (2019), very secure, with PRM standards, has a parking space in the basement, directly accessible by the elevator. Forget about cars, two private spaces await you. A bicycle room as well.
The apartment, on the 1st floor, is very bright. You will find all the comfort you want:
- A large living room of more than 40 m2 with:
- Lounge area: 2-seater leather sofa - 2 leather armchairs - coffee table - Radio -
Large format TV
- Loggia: Table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers
- Kitchen area: Fridge - Freezer - Oven - Hob - Microwave
– Dishwasher – Coffee maker – Kettle – Blender – Toaster
- Dining area: table and 6 chairs
- Two bedrooms, one with two 80 beds (joined into a 160 bed on request)
dresser and cupboard, the other with a 140 cm bed, and two cupboards.
- Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and sink, the other with shower, sink and
WC.
- Separate toilet, with mini sink.

- Free Internet access (Fiber) via WI-Fi or wall outlets.

We had a great stay in this beautiful and modern and very spacious apartment, close to the old town centre, harbour and most importantly the market! The balcony and the communal gardens are very usable and the apartment feels airy and cool even during hot weather. The apartment complex is well built, felt very safe and spacious with all facilities easily accessible. Communication with both the owner and the local host who welcomed us was done in a professional yet warm and very personal manner. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Lots of recommendations given by our hour host and it really is the perfect base from which to explore La Rochelle and the surrounding areas including the Ile De Re and the other smaller island. We couldn't recommend it more highly. Thank you very much!

Great apartment in central location in La Rochelle. Lots of space and storage, two spacious bathrooms and bedrooms and open balcony, excellent for breakfast, lunch and relaxing in the evening sunshine. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return again in the very near future. Thanks to Marie and Elise for warm welcome and departure and very efficient communications from Hubert.
