Summary:
The Midtown Cabana is a perfect getaway for couples, solo adventurers, and for business travelers. Enjoy lovely views of trees and trails of the Pogonip hills from your room or the private patio. We're located 1 mile from downtown and the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk. The cabana is located near the lively Seabright neighborhood, which is full of great restaurants and boutique shops. Also nearby is the Yacht Harbor and Seabright beach with beach side dining and a variety of water activities.
The Space:
This private entry room is equipped with a King size bed, side tables, a larger accent table that can also be used as a laptop work space, and 2 sitting chairs to relax in and enjoy the view. Grab a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs.
There is a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig for your convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to their own private entrance.
The Neighborhood:
Desirable mid-town banana belt offers abundant sunshine normally outside the fog line, with easy walking access to markets, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and well established, with charming homes throughout. Please respect the quiet neighborhood and keep excessive noise and other disruptions to a minimum.
Getting Around:
Multiple bus lines pass 3 blocks away. Biking is convenient to get downtown or to the beach and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Uber and Lyft is also very convenient and are widely used around here . It's about a $7-$8 Uber ride to downtown or the Santa Cruz Boardwalk.

We love the great location with excellent restaurants within walking distance, the comfortable bed with an amazing view, and private patio to relax looking at that view!

The midtown cabana is great if you are looking for a more quiet place to stay in Santa Cruz. Although it is a little small, it has a very nice outdoor space that is private and a big, comfortable bed. The host was great and the location is close to several stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Easy check in process and all the necessities. Definitely not for a family but perfect for 1 or 2 comfortably. Access to downtown is quick and there are some great restaurants really close by. Id definitely stay again.
