Entry level includes private courtyard, gas grill, herb garden, garage, washer and dryer.
Beach amenities included, chairs, boogie board, umbrella. In the evenings, surf and the occasional Sea Lion will be heard.
Walk, pedal, run to: Beaches (Seabright & Twin Lakes), SC Harbor, Arana Gulch, 3 iconic natural grocers, (Whole Foods, Shoppers Corner and Staff of Life), countless eateries, bakeries (Buttery) and coffee selections (Java Junction, Verve, Lulus) as well as the Rio Theatre and shops.
