A large kitchen can be found on the first floor, with easy access to a smaller dining area, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast with views of the salt marsh, and a larger dining table under the stylish chandelier, with natural light pouring in from the patio doors and windows.

This house met all our expectations. It was very clean and well taken care off. We had an amazing time at the cape and made some amazing memories. Can’t wait to rent again.

The location was great. The house was a perfect size and layout for two families. It was clean and well-stocked. We had a fabulous week!

This was our second time staying in this home. Overall we had another great stay. Once again the house was well stocked and we enjoyed the new board games that were added and upgrades that we saw in the house. We had an extra person with us this time and still felt like we all had plenty of room. The spacious outside shower was a highlight for all of us as well as the location of the home.
In our last review we mentioned that the downstairs twin bedroom was very bright in the mornings and this time the shades seem to have been changed to room darkening so it was wonderful to see that the owners take guest comments seriously.
We did have a few hiccups this time:
1. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom would run on and off for hours.
2. Our first night in the home the smoke alarms went off twice at 3 in the morning.
3. The upstairs bathroom had a large amount of gnats all over the ceiling.
We contacted Del Mar about the toilet and the smoke alarms who replied quickly and offered to send someone over to take a look.
The only other “negative” would be that the house as a whole was a bit buggy as there were lots of cobwebs everywhere. We felt like we may have been the first people to stay in it for the season. That is why we are giving 3 stars for cleanliness.
We would definitely stay here again as we appreciate everything the home had to offer and the responsiveness of Del Mar.
