About this house rental
Spacious, beautifully maintained comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood near the bike trail. Cape Cod bay is 1 mile away, as well the national seashore and many other attractions. Our property has a large deck, a screened sun porch, large outdoor shower, and lovely landscaping. Enjoy our private, neighborhood tennis and pickle ball courts and close proximity to bay, ocean and ponds, and just pedals away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. This pristine home is close to everything you'll want to do with family and friends.

Our family of 8 adults (age 21 to 88) had a very comfortable time here. It was a hot week, so the air conditioning & outside shower were greatly appreciated. Loved the sun room for breakfast in the cooler mornings & the spacious family room for reading, games & TV in evenings. Kitchen was extremely well stocked! It is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood but very close to local beaches/ ponds and only minutes away from the town centers of Eastham & Orleans. House & location was ideal for our family’s needs. Thank you.

We had a great family vacation. The house was beautiful and we loved our time together. The location was very quiet and the house was very clean. The communication between the host and us was excellent. We will definitely come back to this house.
