This property is ideally located within walking distance to Thumpertown Beach on Cape Cod Bay. The exterior of the home, with it's soft yellow color and pretty window boxes, gives a cheery and welcoming feeling. Entering through the front door, you find yourself in the living room. The space has cozy leather furniture and a flat screen TV. The whole first floor is open concept, and the living room flows into the dining room, then the kitchen. There is seating for six at the dining table, with an additional three seats at the kitchen peninsula. Bring the kids along, and you will find they get their own adorable table as well. The kitchen is spacious, with plenty of counter space and storage. First floor laundry with a brand new washer and dryer is offered for your convenience right off of the kitchen. All three attractive and comfortable bedrooms are located on the second story.
The outdoor amenities at Endless Summer are truly what makes this property shine! Stepping outside from the dining room, find yourself in the beautiful 16'X16" wooden screen in porch.
