Beautifully decorated cape on nature preserve! Walk around corner to Great Pond in Wiley Park and swim in this crystal clear lake with children's playground! Miles of hiking trails! Walk half a mile to Kingsbury Beach, or bike to First Encounter Beach or Coast Guard Beach at Cape Cod National Seashore! Bike Trail access on Kingsbury Beach Rd. This house has a 32 by 15 foot back porch with chairs, picnic table, and grill facing nature preserve, hammock and outdoor enclosed shower too! Master Bedroom (BR#1) on first floor with 3 windows, next to bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Upstairs has sitting room with balcony over deck, bath with shower, and 2 bedrooms. BR#2 has 2 windows, 1 skylight and queen bed plus trundle bed with 2 twins. BR#3 has window, 2 skylights, double/full bed plus trundle bed with 2 twins. Smart TV (65”) in LR and lots of games and books for evenings!

Can’t wait to go again to this lovely house in the woods near a pond! We took many walks to the gentle bay beach too with it’s spectacular tides.

We really appreciated the house's convenient location - close to the pond, bay beach, bike trail, and stores in Eastham. The scenic back deck was fun and the house was tidy. Thank you!
