Spacious and very clean house. The host was quick to respond and helpful with everything we needed. The location is perfect—surrounded by nature with easy access to trails, beaches, tennis courts, and great local spots like bakeries and a liquor store. Ptown is just a 30-minute drive. Would definitely stay again!
The code didn’t work at first. Couldn’t find replacement trash-bags

We rented the place for Christmas with family and we loved our stay!
Spacious, well equipped.
3 baths make it easy to stay with 8 people. Good layout and tons of space for everyone to have their privacy when they need it. Many games and activities to keep everyone busy, even in winter. A working fireplace makes it very cozy. A spacious backyard with a deck, play structures, seating, and a fire pit are surely great to have in the summer (we didn't use it much during Christmas).
Great for cooking - many utensils, knives, tools, dishes, we never lacked any to prepare a tasty meal for 8 (a special shout out to the existence of a knife sharpener, oyster shucking knife, and a lobster pot with a plethora of claw crackers). Get a visitor shellfish licence if you're into bivalves. Totally worth it for harvesting mussels, clams, and oysters on the beach, and a great activity for the kids!
Walking distance to the Bayside beaches. Walking distance to some restaurants on rte 6. 30 minute drive to pretty much anywhere on the Cape.
Minor nuisances, none of them are a big deal, we loved the place (The door code didn't work at first, but it was addressed within minutes by friendly staff on the phone. The upstairs sink was clogged. There are only 6 chairs at the main table. The glassware selection is quite "eclectic". Many stores and restaurants are closed for the winter season, even more for Christmas, certainly not the property's fault.)

We loved this large, light, airy and comfortable home. The kitchen was very well appointed and spacious. We had a nice fire in the firebowl Friday night and enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. It was perfect for a peaceful weekend in Cape Cod.
