Even with its rural setting you are only a quick 15 minute walk into the town centre.

The main living area is an open planned living, kitchen and dining area with 3 large original sash and case windows overlooking the tree tops of Peebles. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay including a Nespresso coffee machine.
It has 2 spacious bedrooms, with king size beds and plenty of storage and hanging space for all your belongings. 1 bedroom benefits from an ensuite with shower, and bedroom 2 has spectacular views of the fields, hills and valley which can be enjoyed from the room.
