Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. Home includes central air conditioning & heat, front living room, eat-in kitchen, private side patio with teak furniture, gas grill, washer & dryer on premises, 1 off street parking spot. Only a 5 minute walk to downtown. Also, flat screen TV and high speed internet. The house has the option to also rent out a renovated 2 bedroom & 1 bath guest cottage on the property based on availability. (With the cottage the property can accommodate up to 12 guests)
