This classic shingle style home features three bedrooms and a spacious backyard and patio, perfect for a family to spread out and relax. The central living room is a great gathering place, with a flatscreen smart TV, DVD/VHS player, and books galore. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I booked through VRBO, but it was another company, Vacasa, who owned the property. There were no actual people to talk to about early check in, just a customer service line which wasn’t helpful. One of the window ACs leaked every time it was on but it was too hot to not have it on. There were ants all over the kitchen sink. While we stayed we got a mean note from a neighbor stuck in the door complaining about the radio antenna and about the yard brush pushed onto their property, which obviously have no knowledge of, so then we just felt like the neighbors were watching us and it made the stay uncomfortable. I wrote a complaint to Vacasa, the company who owned the property, and heard nothing back.
