About this house rental
Nantucket is an Island of dreams and our family home has been ours. We would like to share our 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch home on a quiet residential street. The house has an open floor plan, is full of light, sleeps 6, has a large spacious kitchen, living room, and a private backyard deck. Our island home is well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, a few bikes, and wireless connectivity available for your use. Arrive at 12 Meadow View Drive ready to enjoy your Island vacation only needing your bathing suit and a few good books. The house is centrally located on the Island in the Hussey Farm area between town and the major beaches. Town is a 20 minute walk, a 10 minute stroll to the 'Old Mill', a 10 minute walk to the world famous Maria Mitchell Observatory, and the beaches are a 'bike ride' to Cisco, Surfside, or Ladies Beach. If you prefer, you can hop on the NRTA, the local shuttle bus system, to reach Madaket, Siasconset, or Main Street .

We had a wonderful week at this rental! The house is cozy yet spacious, with helpful amenities like a dishwasher, laundry machines, a big deck, and an outdoor shower. It's about a twenty minute bike ride out to Cisco, almost all of which was on the bike path which was perfect for us. I would recommend renting bikes separately, as none of the on-site ones worked out for us. It took about twenty minutes to walk into town on the nights we ventured in and it's a quick Uber/taxi to just about any of the spots around town. Such a great week for us on ACK!

My family stayed at 12 Meadow View for a week in August. It was our first family trip to ACK and I was quite happy with how central the house was. It's west of the rotary so there wasn't any traffic to battle to get to town. Sconset, Madaket, Wauwinet were all within about 15/20 mins.
The house had the traditional Cape summer home that we like. No stairs, outdoor shower, big deck, no A/C, and lots of old games and books lying about. For a family of 5 and an AuPair this was a great setup. The trundle beds make the space flexible.
Also being on a quiet side street was great with small kids.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Flaster home. Beautiful neighborhood, spacious home with large deck and back yard. Rick was very communicative before our stay and quick to respond with any house questions when we checked in. Would highly recommend their home to anyone looking!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home! The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the large deck and grilled some great meals. The outdoor shower came in handy when we returned from the beach. The large kitchen table was nice to sit around playing games! The weather was so beautiful we really didn't even use the Livingroom or tv much. We were lucky to stay at the Stardust.
