Our home is located on the peaceful, northern end of Miacomet Pond and abuts 5 acres of Land Bank Conservation land. This pleasant, contemporary home has been extensively renovated, has an open spacious feeling and is tastefully decorated. The first floor features a cheerfully open living room, fireplace, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen renovated in 2020, plus a den, bathroom with shower, large deck, washer/dryer, two porches and an outside shower. Upstairs there are three bright bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, and its own designer bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private access to the other bathroom with tub and shower. The middle bedroom has bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle bed (sleeps 3). Also on the second floor there is a computer nook. The house has high speed wireless internet service.

The house was clean, well supplied and is a comfortable home to stay in. We had our daughter and her family with us and it was perfect. Our granddaughters especially loved the swans swimming in the pond. We rented bikes for the whole week and the close access to the bike trail was awesome. Bus stop was close as well so we could get anywhere with ease. Host was very responsive and helpful prior to our arrival. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely getaway on Nantucket. The place was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful back deck overlooking Miacomet Pond, and plenty of beach towels! Nobadeer, Surfside, and Miacomet beaches are all within easy biking distance, as is down town Nantucket. The outdoor and indoor showers are fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Great location on the island with a fabulous pond in the back yard. My children spent hours catching turtles and releasing them back into the pond. You are able to bike or take the bus mainly everywhere (.7 miles to bus and .7 miles to rent your bikes). The rooms are very spacious in this house. The owner is very responsive and friendly. My family would rent here again.
