Newly renovated townhouse located Mid-Island. Consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Great spot for friends and family to visit the island. Located 1.5 miles from town where you can enjoy all the great restaurants and shops.

Brett's Mid Island 3 Bdrm, 3 BA rental was nicely renovated, clean, comfortable and as pictured. The downside however was the dumpster in the driveway and neighboring yards under construction. All window views from the home were not pleasant. We closed every blind to block views of neighboring trash or construction. Lesson learned to make sure exterior photos are included before choosing our next rental. Overall, we had a nice vacation, just disappointed with neighboring views.
