First Floor: Open floor plan with updated kitchen, dining and living area. Flat screen TV and updated kitchen appliances. New sofa and loveseat in 2022. Corian counter tops and expandable kitchen/dining room table seats up to twelve people. First floor bedroom with adjoining full bathroom.
Second Floor: Two bedrooms with updated carpeting and en suite bathrooms. Master bedroom includes a Queen size bed, bureaus and a small desk. The master bathroom has been updated with Woodmode cabinets, wall coverings, and Corian countertop. The second bedroom includes two full size beds, large closet and ensuite bathroom with Corian countertops and updated wall covering.
Basement: Renovated in 2014. Includes an additional family room with Woodmode build in shelves and flatscreen TV. Contains a fourth bedroom and a full bath. Laundry is conveniently located behind folding doors.

Karen was a very friendly and communicative host whose home accurately aligned with the VRBO description. Location was exceptional with easy access to town and beaches. Would love to stay there again.
