About this house rental
This 5 bedroom home with 3,200 sq. feet of living space and a crisp, fresh design brimming with Nantucket character is located in the new Sandpiper II neighborhood. This home has hardwood floors throughout, modern finishes, outdoor shower, and private outdoor space with a dining table, chairs for lounging, and a grill. Perfect for summer and off-season, this home has lots of living space for up to 12 people.
Renters have access to a community clubhouse featuring an outdoor heated pool, outdoor California kitchen, gathering room with large screen TV and retractable walls and firepit.
First Floor: At the heart of the bright and open floor plan is a kitchen with its large island with seating for 5, a bar, and plenty of coastal charm. The spacious living room with a gas fireplace has a large flat screen TV. The side entrance opens to the bluestone patio with grill and outdoor dining area, making entertaining easy. The first floor is complete with a sunny dining room that seats 10, mud room, a full bathroom and a first floor bedroom with a queen bed.
Second Floor: Primary suite with king bed and a private bath with luxurious shower and double vanities. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with 2 sets of twin bunk beds share a hall bath with a shower and tub and double vanity. Spacious laundry room.
Lower Level: Lots of natural light flood this lower level. Including a living room with a large flat screen TV, bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, and office. As an extra bonus, there is a second fully equipped kitchen and second washer and dryer.
Walking distance to ice cream, Nantucket Meat & Fish market, Millie’s at the Rotary, the Chicken Box and Wicked Island Bakery.

We had such a great time during our stay! The house is brand new and beautifully furnished throughout - it is exactly as described on the listing. The location is also ideal - centrally located between town and the beach is located right next to the bike path. The host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

My group of ten had a great time. I was nervous to book since there weren’t any reviews. Turned out we were the first to stay at the property!! The house was exactly as advertised and the owner was very responsive. Was a little bit farther from town than we usually stay but ubering on the island is super easy. Would definitely book again!
