About this house rental
Our home is light, bright & airy. It’s a relaxed summer home located at the end of a dead-end street, in a beautiful cul de sac with nice neighbours. The location means that it’s quiet and protected from traffic, which is especially helpful with young kids riding bikes and walking. The property is conveniently located just off the Cisco bike path – a quick drive, walk or run into town, or a drive or bike ride out to Cisco Beach, Cisco Brewers and Bartlett’s Farm. The evening light is especially beautiful with open views of the island’s postcard-worthy skies, enjoyed from two porches over a spacious lawn.
We grew up coming to Nantucket and it holds a special place in our hearts. We bought the house 20 years ago and have been lovingly tending to it over the years, each year making beautiful improvements. This year will feature two new bathrooms. The interiors are a mix of old (pieces from our childhood on the island) and new (Serena & Lily, Crate & Barrell, West Elm furniture and accessories).
It’s an ideal house for a family, two small families or a few couples looking to enjoy the best of Nantucket. Once in the house, we are available via text anytime and have a local caretaker ready to help throughout your stay.

First Floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 Full bathrooms. (1 Queen master Suite with attached full bathroom, 2 twin Bedrooms and hall bathroom)
Second Floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 Full bathroom (1 Queen, 1 Bunk room that sleeps 4)
Lots of living space including two living rooms, breakfast room and office nook.
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, microwave, dishwasher, blender, food processor, toaster and Coffee maker.
Flatscreen TV, DVD and WiFi.
Outdoor space includes front deck with outdoor living room, back deck with outdoor dining area, Outdoor shower and Hammock.

Our stay at this home was incredibly fun. My husband are two boys and my in-laws all stayed comfortably in the home. Check-in was very easy. Our host always responded. I was happy with all the amenities—including a lot of things I wasn’t expecting. The shed is full of tons of toys, balls Corn hole, spike ball, boogie boards, beach chairs. Really anything you’d need for a great stay in Nantucket. Highly recommend.

Just finished our stay - 6 best friends celebrating a milestone birthday. House is comfortable and well-equipped. Location is amazing with easy access to the bus stop (and the bus was free this summer!). Loved using the bikes to explore the island.

Liz's house was comfortable, well-stocked with beach towels and beach chairs, and in a great location easily accessible to both town and Cisco. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend her house.
