6 bedrooms/3 full baths - sleeps 12. Convenient location: 2-minute walk to RTA shuttle stop. Bike or jog to town or beach via bike path across the street.
Main level: kitchen (completely renovated in 2022 with new appliances), dining area with seating for 10 -12) and living room with stone fireplace and a cozy window seat. Decorated with original artwork. Also, 2 cathedral ceiling bedrooms, one w/queen bed, and one w/full-size bed, shared a full bath (renovated in 2023) as well as laundry area. 2nd Floor: Master bedroom w/ cathedral ceiling, queen-size bed, full bathroom and another bedroom with queen size bed with reading area. Lower Level: 2 bedrooms- each w/2 twins, separate living room with sofa & wet bar and a second washer and dryer. Full bath. Outdoor patio with gas grill, a second outdoor seating area, great for morning, coffee, an shower, and ample parking for 2 cars Comfortable house for entertaining a large group.

Overall we had a nice time. Janet was a very communicative host and easy to reach when we had a minor maintenance issue and to accommodate a few special requests. The house is in a central part of the island and is quick to great beaches and town. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook most of our meals at the house. The property is on the older side and some spaces would definitely benefit from a few updates, especially the upstairs bathroom. A few of the appliances were also old and dirty and could use replacement. Overall though nothing was a deal breaker and our family had a good stay.

Beautiful home!! Highly recommend Janet’s home!! Great location for beaches and town. Spaces inside and out were all very clean and beautifully maintained. Janet was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone really enjoyed our visit!

We had a really great stay on Nantucket. Janet is a perfect host, very responsive and communicative. If we get the chance to be on the island again, we'll definitely check availability for this house before looking at any others.
