Practical place for a family w 2 little kids to spend a couple of nights. Not fancy. No water views, but a big yard for them to run in and a small pool to cool off in. Pity that everything in Cape Cod is so damn pricey, but that's life.

Overall clean good location. The bed was horrible hard as a rock. Need to leave instructions for tv too and better locate tv
