The bay was visible from my room and the beach was a short walk down the boardwalk. There was nice outdoor seating including Adirondack chairs on the beach and bar seats with a table on the deck. I was on the first floor so I could access the beach from my sliding door. Amenities included strategically located poop bags and a poop disposal container. Studio was clean and modern with a cute kitchen area. Most other guests I met were friendly and polite people over 40. Quiet and close to Provincetown

The place is absolutely beautiful and truly magical, and the rental has everything you could possibly need.
That said, the maintenance man was very unpleasant. We only parked our car temporarily near our door to unload some groceries for a few minutes, and he came knocking aggressively, demanding that we move it immediately — even though the parking lot was almost empty.
It would have been so much nicer if he had simply asked if everything was okay instead of approaching us in such an aggressive way. Such a shame, because everything else was perfect…
