The only issue was entry code and that the balcony door did not lock. It was clean and offered many amenities. Love the location!

Excellent location, clean, comfortable beds, great sun ups and sundowns, clean beach right out the door. The full kitchen helped save some eating out, as well as the grills being available. Highly recommend this property if you want the Cape Cod experience.

I wwas happy with the beautiful view; it was as advertised. The photos show one queenbed not the two full size beds in the room. Upon arrival, Jonah was ver attentive. The hook in the bathroom fell off the wall, and he provided and over thedoor rack. The Iron leaked water all over my pants and needs to be replaced. The a/c unit is very loud. The toilet rol dispenser is missing a part and kept cooming off the. The blankets had soil and stains and should be washed as they were rather gross. And finally proir to our arrival some substance had been spilled on the seat of one of the kitchen high chairs. Whrn wiped off, it took the paint with it.
Most of these items are small in nature but I find it hard to believe the problems were not known
We had a great timdespite the problems, and found other accommodations for next year and booked them. We will not beback here and wont recommend it.
