Everything you need, nothing you don't. Soak up the sun and waves from your private deck. Bright sunny living room with pullout couch for an extra guest. Out of the fray of downtown Provincetown but close enough to get everywhere via the shuttle or your car (1 parking spot). 14.45% rental taxes are NOT included in the nightly fee. 10am check out / 3pm check in.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) spent 6 nights at Cheri’s condo. Everything was as promised. Cheri is an awesome host. She was clear and quick with her communications before, during, and after our stay. We loved the property and location. We’ll definitely keep it mind for the future. Thanks Cheri!

Great location. Close to PTown and the market. It was clean. Had everything if you cooked in. We had a broken toaster, but still made things work.
