This lovely two-bedroom cottage is located in Beach Point's iconic Pilgrim Colony--right on Cape Cod Bay. This single-story, free-standing cottage looks out over a large center lawn and has direct beach access via a sandy path from the property. Enjoy the day at the beach, then hop on the shuttle into Provincetown.

Enter an open and bright main living area with living room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen smart TV with Fubo TV cable (stream additional content with your own accounts), Bluetooth speaker and a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). The living room opens to a nicely-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless electric range and refrigerator, microwave and drip coffeemaker. A long counter with stools provides plenty of room for dining and other activities.

The cottage has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen smart TV with Fubo TV cable (stream additional content with your own accounts) and the other has two twin beds. The bathroom with shower stall is off the kitchen.

NEW FOR 2025: Three ductless split unit air conditioners (a/c and heat) in the main living area and both bedrooms.

Hardwood floors throughout.

A back door from the kitchen leads to a wonderful private-use patio with outdoor dining table and chairs, gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. Two Adirondack chairs at the front of the cottage for additional lounging--nice spot for a good book and an ocean breeze.

Follow the sandy path from the grounds of the cottage colony to the beach on Cape Cod Bay. Sunbathe, swim, beachcomb and stroll along the shore while enjoying panoramic views of Provincetown and amazing sunsets.

Leave your car behind and take the convenient shuttle into Provincetown for fantastic restaurants, shops, galleries, live entertainment, night clubs, museums, whale watches, fishing charters and other adventure. Short drive to Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach in the Cape Cod National Seashore, golf, bike trails, tours of Highland Lighthouse and Truro Vineyards and concerts at Payomet Performing Arts.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
